Press Release: CloseSimple launches Text Messaging Platform made for Title & Escrow

CloseSimple is excited to announce that it has just launched their business texting platform to
serve title and escrow companies across the country.

“Amidst the change caused by Covid19, communication and staying connected with Realtors,
Consumers and Lenders is more important today than ever has been before,” said Bill Svoboda,
cofounder of CloseSimple. “So after working on this project for some time, it seemed like the
right time to unveil our 2-Way Business Texting platform to help companies during this time of
so much uncertainty.”

This is the first texting platform created with the Title and Escrow Industry in mind; and within
one week of launching their Free 90 Day Pilot Program, close to 50 title companies signed up.

“The reality is a lot of title companies are already sending text messages during the closing
process,” says Paul Stine, co-founder of CloseSimple and lead software architect for the platform.
“The only problem is that most of those text messages are coming from the closer or escrow
officer’s personal, unprotected cell phones - and that’s a scary thought for most managers and
owners of title companies.”

From the outset, the CloseSimple Business Text Messaging Platform is revolutionary because it
can either integrate directly with popular title production software like SoftPro, RamQuest,
ResWare, and GreenFolders (more integrations to come), but can also be a stand-alone
product, not requiring a TPS connection - so any title company in America can utilize it, no
matter their previous software affiliation.

Years ago CloseSimple unveiled the Pizza Tracker for Title™, a simple way to help Realtors,
Consumers and Lenders know what is going on during the closing, because as Svoboda says,
“if a consumer can know the status of their $10 pizza, why shouldn’t they be able to know the
status of their $500,000 home closing?”

You can tell Svoboda and the team at CloseSimple try to keep things simple - as their name
would imply, and along with the integrated version (which allows their “pizza tracker timeline” to
trigger outbound text messages to each recipient), the non-integrated allows for text message
templates to be saved - ultimately saving time and helping title companies communicate with all
parties in an efficient way… with the ability for the recipient to text back any questions.

Both Paul and Bill love sharing stories of how text messages can not only elevate the closing
experience, but also help to earn title companies more business.

Their favorite example is of one title company in Houston, TX that was closing around 200 files
per month prior to offering text message updates. The owner had wanted to start closing files for
a certain real estate broker in the area, but was currently not closing any of his files. After one
meeting with the broker and sharing that her company would now start texting updates during
the closing, she walked away with 20 deals a month because realtors want that type of

“A 10% increase in business after one meeting,” says Stine, “simply because her title company
promised text message updates. That’s incredible. What would 10% mean for your title

Amidst the uncertainties about Covid19, this could be the perfect time to step up your
