All CloseSimple systems are fully operational following the restoration of Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are actively monitoring our platform to ensure continued stability. If you experience any ongoing issues, please reach out to support@closesimple.com.

CloseSimple is currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions affecting core systems due to the widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. Amazon’s engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we’re closely monitoring their progress.
While this is ongoing, we will continue to process and/or resubmit any failed submissions we receive until Amazon is able to fully resolve the issue.
