Why we Wrote a Country Anthem for the Title & Escrow Industry

We wrote a song... a real, boot-stomping country anthem for the unsung heroes of the real estate closing, then we had AI create the song (everything you see and hear in the video is AI). Then Bill Svoboda debuted this song at the 2025 Texas Land Title Association Annual Conference.

Because if wranglin’ deals, fightin’ fraud, and workin’ late without so much as a ‘thank you’ ain't country… then we don’t know what is.
