CloseSimple SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of the SMS service (the "Service") provided by CloseSimple on behalf of its Real Estate Title and Escrow business clients (the 'Brand').

Program Description

The Service provides critical, non-marketing, transactional updates and reminders regarding your real estate closing process with the Brand. Messages may include notifications about important dates, required documents, and milestone confirmations as directed by the Brand.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the status and complexity of your real estate transaction.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send 'STOP', we will send you one final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific Brand unless you re-subscribe.
