Program Description

The CloseSimple SMS Messaging Service (the “Service”) is provided by CloseSimple, Inc. (“CloseSimple”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of our Real Estate Title and Escrow business clients (each a "Brand"). The Service provides critical, non-marketing, transactional updates and reminders regarding your real estate closing process with the Brand with which you are transacting. Messages may include notifications about important dates, required documents, and milestone confirmations as directed by the Brand.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the status and complexity of your real estate transaction.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the Service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send 'STOP', we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific Brand unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Service is subject to our SMS Messaging Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We may also contact you by email using the email that you have provided to us.
